Production Manager

This position is opened in a global manufacturer of consumer flexibles and paper bags:

·       International packaging group;

·       EUR 1,7 bn sales;

·       Employing around 6.050 people

·       20 plants in 12 countries;

·       Leading manufacturer of packaging films in Russia.

Production Manager will be responsible for:

·       Ensuring of continuous production work;

·       Coordination of technological processes;

·       Ensuring of optimal use of production capacities in the entrusted departments.

Working environment:

·       Entrusted departments: pre-press, printing, laminating, slitting, flexographic, distillation departments, print manager, technologist, CI manager.

Requirements:

·       Higher technical education;

·       Working experience on engineering and managerial positions in the branch for no less than 5 years;

·       Knowledge in consumer flexibles, flexible packaging, flexoprinting and laminating;

·       Skills in production planning, analytics, lean management

·       Skills in equipment installation and CAPEX is desirable

·       Fluent English (B2\C1)

·       Relocation to central Russia (appr. 150 km from Moscow)
